To promote and ensure transparency, the District publishes a wide variety of information useful to our ratepayers, as well as those interested in the financial position and policies of the District. 

The Agendas and Minutes page includes links to all agendas and minutes to the District’s monthly meetings, held the second Thursday of each month at the Sunset Beach Women’s Club.  

The Ordinances and Financials page includes adopted sewage, trash and commercial kitchen ordinances, audited financial statements, budgets, compensation reports, reserve and investment policies, as well as other information.
